High quality goods and happy customers are very important to us here at London Mummy. If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we will happily refund or exchange items that are sent back to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods, provided any item returned to us is in a new and unused, saleable condition with the original packaging and labelling intact.
We are not able to refund postage and packing charges, the returns postage, nor any customs duties or sales taxes incurred unless the goods are faulty. We would advise you to send any returns/exchanges via insured and/or registered post as we cannot be responsible for the loss of returned items in the post.
DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS
In the unfortunate, but thankfully rare, event of your order being damaged in transit or an item being faulty, please let us know immediately via email.
RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
Should you wish to return or exchange an item, please send an email as soon as possible to returns@londonmummy.com and put RETURN or EXCHANGE in the subject heading as appropriate. If you wish to exchange an item, please let us know your choice of product. All exchanges are subject to our stock availability.
Once we have received your returned goods and verified that the goods are in a new, unused and saleable condition, we will process your refund or exchange request as quickly as possible.
