Here at London Mummy we know how keen you are to receive your order as quickly as possible. To this end, we do our utmost to despatch all orders as fast as we can. Standard and overseas orders are usually sent out within 24 hours (Monday to Friday only). Subject to the following provisions:
1. Your chosen items are in stock.
2. Full payment has been received and approved.
3. The delivery address has been confirmed.
We use Royal Mail for the delivery of our orders. All next day and overseas orders sent by Signed For Delivery methods will require a signature on receipt of delivery but we will happily send orders to an office address if that makes life easier for you :)
STANDARD UK MAINLAND DELIVERY
Provided your chosen items are in stock, standard delivery is usually 3-5 working days from date of despatch to addresses within the UK.
The charge for standard delivery is £3.95 per order.
If there is no-one available to receive the delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions on how to collect your parcel or arrange for a re-delivery.
IF PREFERRED, WE CAN DELIVER YOUR ORDER THE NEXT DAY USING ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY SERVICE - THE COST FOR THIS IS BASED ON THE WEIGHT OF YOUR PACKAGE SO COSTS WILL VARY SLIGHTLY SO PLEASE CONTACT US FOR AN EXACT QUOTE.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Unless you tell us otherwise, we will automatically deliver to the address you have provided to our payment merchant which is Paypal. If you would like your order to be sent to a business address or direct to the recipient, it's not a problem, we just need to know at the time you place your order. Please use the Note to Seller section on the Paypal checkout page.
UK MAINLAND ORDERS
UK Mainland orders are usually sent via Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service. Simply add your selected items to your shopping cart and choose UNITED KINGDOM from the "Shipping to" drop down menu and then click the "Update Total" button to add the postage cost. Then click the "Checkout" button which will automatically transfer you to the secure Paypal website.
Once at Paypal, to view your entire order, including the postage cost, click on the blue arrow, centred towards the top of the page to expand your invoice.
If you don't have a Paypal account, click on the blue "continue" button and then enter your Billing Information and pay as directed. You should receive a receipt for your payment to LONDON MUMMY from Paypal via email, within a few minutes of the payment being made.
IMPORTANT NOTE: WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY POST YOUR ORDER TO YOUR BILLING ADDRESS. IF YOU WOULD LIKE US TO DELIVER TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS, PLEASE LET US KNOW ASAP.
OVERSEAS ORDERS
After numerous requests, we are delighted to offer overseas delivery. At the current time the functionality of the website does not enable us calculate correct shipping costs for overseas orders individually, as cost depends on weight and value of each order and we want to offer you the best value for money.
Overseas orders are usually sent via Royal Mail's Airmail International Signed For service which is a Tracked and Insured Service - in this case a signature will be required upon receipt.
Smaller items may be sent by Royal Mail's regular Air Mail service which is more cost effective for you if you only want smaller items with a value of less than £35.00.
We therefore offer two ordering options:
OPTION ONE
If you would prefer to know the precise shipping cost before placing your order, please EMAIL US your requirements and location and we will send you an exact shipping quote for the items you require. If you are happy with your shipping quote and wish to proceed, we shall then send you a Paypal invoice for your order via email which will include the quoted shipping cost for your location. Payment can then be made via Paypal.
OPTION TWO
Add your chosen items to your shopping cart and select EVERYWHERE ELSE from the "Shipping to" drop down menu and then click the "Update Total" button. THE SHIPPING COST WILL NOT BE ADDED AT THIS STAGE - YOU WILL RECEIVE A SEPARATE INVOICE FOR THIS. Then click the "Checkout" button which will automatically transfer you to the secure Paypal website.
Once at Paypal, to view your entire order, BUT EXCLUDING the shipping cost, click on the blue arrow, centred towards the top of the page to expand your invoice.
If you don't have a Paypal account, click on the blue "continue" button and then enter your Billing Information and pay as directed. You should receive a receipt for your payment to LONDON MUMMY from Paypal via email, within a few minutes of the payment being made.
We will then send you the additional invoice for your shipping cost, usually wthin 12 hours, depending on the time here in the UK when we receive your order.
PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE NOT ABLE TO DESPATCH ANY ORDERS UNTIL THE SHIPPING INVOICE HAS BEEN PAID.
Delivery within Europe usually takes 3-5 working days and Worldwide deliveries usually take 7-10 working days from date of despatch.
A signature will be required upon receipt for both European and Worldwide deliveries where goods have been sent via Royal Mail International Signed For.
Any local customs and sales tax are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and, where applicable, will need to be paid before you receive your goods.
