At London Mummy we know how keen you are to receive your order as quickly as possible. We do our utmost to despatch all orders as fast as possible, usually the same day (Monday to Friday).
Subject to the following provisions:
1. Your chosen items are in stock.
2. Full payment has been received and approved.
3. The delivery address has been confirmed.
We use both Royal Mail and a number of courier services for the delivery of our orders. All orders are sent via a 'Signed For' service and will require a signature on receipt of delivery. We are able to send orders to an office address if that preferred.
STANDARD UK MAINLAND DELIVERY
Whilst Royal Mail's Signed For Service usually delivers the next day, this is not a guaranteed service so please allow approx 2-3 working days for delivery of your order. Should you require a guaranteed next day delivery, please CONTACT US and we will provide you with a quote for this service, based upon the actual weight and size of your parcel -this is usually somewhere in the region of £11.00.
UK standard delivery is charged at a flat rate of £3.95 or free if over £60.00.
If there is no-one available to receive the delivery, the delivery service will leave a card with instructions on how to collect your parcel or arrange for a re-delivery.
GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK
Provided we receive your order, confirmed delivery address details and full payment before 1pm, we can deliver your order the next working day using Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service or a next day courier service - THE COST FOR THIS IS BASED ON THE WEIGHT OF YOUR PACKAGE SO WILL VARY SO PLEASE PHONE US FOR AN EXACT QUOTE - +44 (0)208 742 7815
Unless you request otherwise, we will automatically deliver to the address you have provided via your chosen payment merchant; Stripe or Paypal. If you would like your order to be sent to a business address, hospital or direct to the recipient, it's not a problem, you just need to let us know this - there is an option to include a note for your order before you complete checkout or alternatively call or email us as soon as possible after you have placed your order.
UK MAINLAND FREE DELIVERY
Standard Delivery to addresses within the UK is free for orders over £50.00. However, the shopping cart doesn't always recognise this so we will refund this automatically if your order is eligible for free UK delivery.
UK MAINLAND ORDERS
UK Mainland orders are usually sent via Courier or Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service. Simply add your selected items to your shopping cart and choose UNITED KINGDOM from the "Shipping to" drop down menu and then click the "Update Total" button to add the postage cost. Then click the "Checkout" button which will automatically transfer you to the secure payment gateway where you will complete the checkout process. You should receive an acknowledgement of your order via email, within a few minutes of the payment being made.
IMPORTANT NOTE: IF YOU ARE PLACING A GIFT BOX ORDER FOR DIRECT DELIVERY TO THE GIFT RECIPIENT PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU SUPPLY THEIR FULL NAME AND ADDRESS DETAILS PLUS A TELEPHONE NUMBER WHERE POSSIBLE. YOU CAN EITHER DO SO IN THE NOTES SECTION OF THE PAYMENT PAGE OR BY CONTACTING US.
We do offer overseas delivery. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing your order so that we may give you an accurate delivery quote for the items you require.
Any local customs duty and sales tax will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
