UK MAINLAND ORDERS

UK Mainland orders are either sent via Courier or Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service. Simply add your selected items to your shopping cart and choose UNITED KINGDOM from the "Shipping to" drop down menu and then click the "Update Total" button to add the postage cost. Then click the "Checkout" button which will automatically transfer you to the secure Paypal website.

If you don't have a Paypal account, click on the blue "continue" button and then enter your Billing Information and pay as directed. You should receive a receipt for your payment to LONDON MUMMY from Paypal via email, within a few minutes of the payment being made.

IMPORTANT NOTE: WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY POST YOUR ORDER TO YOUR BILLING ADDRESS. IF YOU WOULD LIKE US TO DELIVER TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS, PLEASE LET US KNOW DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS.

OVERSEAS ORDERS

After numerous requests, we are delighted to offer overseas delivery. Please Contact Us prior to ordering so that we may give you an exact delivery quote.

Overseas orders are usually sent via Royal Mail's Airmail International Tracked & Signed service which is a Tracked and Insured Service - in this case a signature will be required upon receipt.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

Should you change your mind, you have 14 days to cancel your order.  Goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of cancellation and the customer is to bear the return costs.  We will refund the outbound standard delivery charge but not the cost of any premium delivery charges such as Next Day Delivery or gift wrapping. 

We will refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods or within 14 days of evidence that the customer has returned said goods.   We strongly advise that you therefore use a form of delivery that provides proof of postage and a signature upon receipt, such as Signed For First which is our Standard Delivery method.
