If for any reason you change your mind and wish to return your purchase, we will happily and without quibble fully refund or exchange items that are sent back to us within 14 days of the cancellation of your order, provided items returned to us are in a new, unused and resaleable condition.
We will refund the Standard Delivery Charge paid by you for your order, but not the returns postage, nor any additional payments made by you for premium delivery, gift wrapping, customs duties or sales taxes incurred. We would advise you obtain a free certificate of posting from the Post Office as we are only responsible for your parcel once it has been received by us. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS
In the unfortunate, but thankfully rare, event of your order being damaged in transit or an item being faulty, please let us know immediately so that we can arrange either a replacement or full refund, including returns postage costs, for you as quickly as possible.
GIFT RETURNS
If you have received an item as a gift that you would like to return, we are happy to exchange unwanted items or provide you with a credit note which will be in the form of a digital gift card. Gift exchanges will only be offered at the current retail selling price and for products that are in a resaleable condition in original packaging. Credit notes in the form of a digital gift card must be used within 12 months from the date of issue, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or to purchase gift cards.
RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
Should you wish to return or exchange an item, please call us on 07816 906824 or send an email as soon as possible (no later than 14 days from date of the delivery) to [email protected] and put RETURN or EXCHANGE in the subject heading as appropriate. If you wish to exchange an item, please let us know your choice of product. All exchanges are subject to our stock availability.
Once we have received your returned goods and verified that the goods are in a new, unused and saleable condition, we will process your refund or exchange request as quickly as possible and within a maximum of 14 days.
