ORDERING A GIFT
We can send a gift direct to a recipient on your behalf. Gift wrapping and a gift tag are complementary.
BABY GIFT BOX SETS
Again we can send these direct to a recipient on your behalf. A new baby card is automatically included as part of the box. If it's for parents to be, let us know and we will swap the new baby card for a parents to be one instead. If you would also like to order a small sibling gift, we can gift wrap this for you and add to your chosen gift box.
UK MAINLAND ORDERS
UK Mainland orders are either sent via Courier or Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service. Add your selected items to your shopping cart and choose UNITED KINGDOM from the "Shipping to" drop down menu and then click the "Update Total" button to add the postage cost. Click the "Checkout" button to transfer to the secure payment gateway of your choice, either Stripe or Paypal.
We do offer overseas delivery. Please Contact Us prior to ordering so that we may give you an exact delivery quote.
Overseas orders are usually sent via Royal Mail's Airmail International Tracked & Signed service which is a Tracked and Insured Service - in this case a signature will be required upon receipt.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
Should you change your mind, you have a legal right to do so under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your
order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. Goods must be returned to us within 14 days from the date of cancellation of your order and you, the customer, must bear the return costs.
We may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods,
if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop.
We will refund the outbound standard delivery charge paid by you but not the cost of any premium delivery charges such as Next Day Delivery or gift wrapping services.
We will refund to the credit or debit card or other payment method
that you used to pay within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods or within 14 days of receiving evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the sooner.
Please use a form of delivery that provides both proof of postage and a signature upon receipt, such as Signed For First which is our Standard Delivery method, as items lost in transit will be treated as unreturned.
